The Transportation Investment Corporation established under the Transportation Investment Act is a distinct, commercially self-sustaining entity that will enter into and manage a concession agreement with a private sector partner for the design, construction, financing and operation of the Port Mann/Highway 1 Project, including the collection of tolls on the Port Mann Bridge.
